You can modify, pause, or cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard before your next billing date.
2. Purchases & Payments
Payment Security: All payments are securely processed through our third-party provider, Stripe. By submitting your payment details, you authorize us to charge the specified amount to your selected payment method.
Pricing & Availability: We reserve the right to change our coffee origins, bundle options, and product pricing at any time without prior notice. In the event that an item becomes unavailable after an order is placed, we will notify you immediately and issue a full refund.
3. Shipping & Delivery
We pack and ship orders quickly to ensure maximum freshness. Shipping timelines provided at checkout are estimates. Rlx Coffee LLC is not liable for carrier delays, weather disruptions, or lost packages once the order leaves our facility.
Free shipping promotions (such as free shipping on orders over $75) apply strictly to standard shipping within the United States unless otherwise specified.
4. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise stated, Rlx Coffee LLC owns the intellectual property rights for all content, imagery, logos, text, and product designs on this website.
